Job Summary
Manager in Training role overseeing daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service. Duties include supervising employees during day-to-day tasks, implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the Site Manager, conducting employee performance reviews, coordinating meetings, participating in recruitment and dismissal processes, shaping workplace efficiency, handling customer concerns, managing staff, budgeting and cash handling, training new and current team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards. Requires strong customer service, leadership potential, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather; includes opportunities for promotion through training and development and a monthly bonus.
