Job Summary
This role focuses on managing daily car wash operations and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising employees, conducting performance reviews, participating in recruitment and dismissal processes, coordinating shift schedules, refining workflows, addressing customer concerns, training staff, liaising between managers, customers and employees, monitoring budgets, handling cash deposits, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and employment standards. The position requires strong customer service, effective communication, leadership, scheduling, problem solving, and the ability to balance operational efficiency with safety and policy adherence.
