Job Summary
Train to become proficient in all aspects of the business while acquiring and maintaining customers to drive store sales and meet profit goals. Manage customer accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and handle inventory management. Perform in-home delivery and setup for furniture, appliances, and electronics. Work in-person at a specified location, including routine lifting of merchandise up to 300 pounds, traversing multiple flights of stairs, and prolonged periods of driving and standing. You must be over 21 to drive a vehicle for work and pass a background check. This entry-level program serves as a vital stepping stone where most future store managers begin.
Required Qualifications

- Effective organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Routine lifting, loading, and moving of merchandise (50-300 pounds) using a dolly
- Stooping, bending, pulling, reaching, and grabbing
- Ability to traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliances, and electronics
- Prolonged periods of driving and standing
- Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor climates and weather conditions
- A detailed background check, including driving history and drug screening, is required
