Job Summary
Studio Manager in Training: develop into a Studio Manager through a structured program focused on achieving monthly sales quotas, leading staff, driving membership growth, and overseeing membership administration. Responsibilities include driving personal sales, hiring and training staff, developing corporate partnerships, implementing referral programs, planning community engagements, leading weekly meetings with Sales Associates, ensuring clear studio communications, and maintaining operational records. Requires leadership, sales aptitude, health/fitness enthusiasm, and strong communication. Depending on location, compensation includes base pay with commissions, benefits, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of Orangetheory Fitness experience a plus
- 1+ years of experience in retail or direct sales management/lead generation work settings
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Interpersonal savvy with successful ability to connect with members, community, and public
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mobile applications, and CRM’s
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
