Job Summary
Lead an amazing team and bakery-café to success by supporting the General Manager in managing overall operations, improving the customer experience, and increasing the bottom line. Own people responsibilities including coaching, developing, and leading staff while ensuring extraordinary guest experiences and maintaining high-quality operations. Plan and manage staffing needs, shift scheduling, and succession planning; hire, train, and motivate new team members to meet café goals. Grow sales and maximize profitability by executing company strategies and managing associate labor costs. Adhere to café systems, ensure food safety standards, and maintain a healthy workplace culture. Work a 45-50 hour week with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

- You have a proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others.
- You have a proven ability to run great shifts.
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- You have 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
- You have reliable transportation.
- Valid license & insurance
