Job Summary
Manager in Training program to groom candidates for Property Manager roles through hands-on operations exposure across financial, property operations, leasing/marketing, admin, and resident-relations functions. Will support budget and reporting processes, participate in property inspections, coordinate maintenance, learn licensing requirements, monitor vacancy and pricing strategies, assist with advertising effectiveness, maintain resident files and deposits, support staff training and development, and develop professional communications with residents while advancing toward responsibility under supervision. Requires willingness to obtain ARM or CAM credentials; 1-2 years in property management or related service; familiarity with property management software; strong customer service and MS Outlook/Word/Excel skills; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

- Willingness to obtain Property Management credential (ARM or CAM)
- 1-2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or customer service
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Familiarity with property management software (Onesite or similar)
- Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
