Job Summary
Provide overall day-to-day direction to store personnel to ensure efficient, quality service and meet sales goals. Supervise and train technicians while monitoring employee-to-customer interactions, enforce safety rules, and maintain clean, presentable facilities. Manage inventory levels, complete required paperwork, and enact cost control measures to drive profitability. Direct daily operations including opening/closing, scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluations. Monitor workflow to keep vehicles serviced within time limits and resolve customer complaints promptly. Maintain accurate cash controls and conduct weekly store inspections. This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Regional Manager in a garage environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous management/supervisory experience
- Ability to read and write English
- Good technical knowledge and math skills
- Ability to reach overhead to a height of four feet
- Ability to bend, stretch, and use stairs
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, Regional Manager and Corporate Personnel
- Mobility
