Job Summary
Oversee store operations by coaching and training teammates, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and policy standards. Drive financial health through sales, inventory controls, and full Profit & Loss responsibility while recruiting, interviewing, and retaining staff. Set examples for guest service, resolve complaints, and maintain building, equipment, and grounds. Requires 3+ years of retail management experience with P&L proficiency. Full-time role in Fort Worth, TX with a biweekly bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center
- Must be able to motivate and inspire Teammates
- Communicate effectively with our guests and at all levels within the organization
- Must be willing and able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards
