Job Summary
Oversee store-level operations by coaching, training, and supervising teammates while managing sales, inventory, cash controls, and full Profit & Loss responsibility. Create work schedules to ensure proper coverage, uphold safety and uniform standards, and lead engaging store meetings. Set the example for exceptional guest service, including resolving complaints, and maintain building, equipment, and grounds. Drive recruiting, retention, and performance management to build a winning team. Requires 3+ years of retail management experience with P&L proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center
- Must be able to motivate and inspire Teammates
- Communicate effectively with our guests and at all levels within the organization
- Must be willing and able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards
Desired Qualifications
- automotive experience is a plus
