Job Summary
Oversee store operations by coaching, training, and supervising teammates while managing the full Profit & Loss, including sales, inventory, and cash controls. Create work schedules to ensure proper coverage, uphold safety and policy standards, and lead engaging safety meetings. Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service and complaint resolution while maintaining building, equipment, and grounds. Recruit and retain staff using sound interview techniques and retention strategies. Requires 3+ years of retail management experience with P&L responsibility; full-time role with biweekly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center
- Must be able to motivate and inspire Teammates
- Communicate effectively with our guests and at all levels within the organization
- Must be willing and able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards
Desired Qualifications
