Job Summary
Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management. Manage the financial health of the store via sales, inventory controls, marketing, and full Profit & Loss responsibility. Build a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies while creating work schedules that meet coverage and business needs. Set an example for exceptional guest service, including resolving complaints, and ensure building, equipment, and grounds are well maintained. Attend or conduct store safety and policy meetings to uphold essential standards. Work Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no Sunday hours. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience
