Job Summary
Oversee store operations by coaching, training, and supervising teammates while managing sales, inventory, cash controls, and full Profit & Loss responsibility. Create work schedules to ensure proper coverage, conduct safety and policy meetings, and maintain building, equipment, and grounds standards. Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service and complaint resolution, while recruiting, interviewing, and retaining staff using sound techniques. Lead the team through performance management and motivation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Requires 3+ years of retail management experience with P&L proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center
- Must be able to motivate and inspire Teammates
- Communicate effectively with our guests and at all levels within the organization
- Must be willing and able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards
Desired Qualifications
- automotive experience is a plus
