Manager in Training - 1422

Oversee store operations by coaching, training, and supervising teammates while managing sales, inventory, cash controls, and full Profit & Loss responsibility. Create work schedules to ensure proper coverage, maintain building and equipment standards, and lead engaging safety and policy meetings. Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service and complaint resolution, while recruiting, interviewing, and retaining staff using sound techniques. This role requires 3+ years of retail management experience with a focus on P&L, with automotive experience as a plus.
