Job Summary
Oversee store operations by coaching, training, and supervising teammates while managing sales, inventory, cash controls, and full Profit & Loss responsibility. Lead performance management, create work schedules, and ensure guest satisfaction through complaint resolution and safety policy enforcement. Maintain building, equipment, and grounds standards while recruiting and retaining staff using sound interview techniques. Requires 3+ years of retail management experience with P&L proficiency, automotive experience a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center
- Must be able to motivate and inspire Teammates
- Communicate effectively with our guests and at all levels within the organization
- Must be willing and able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards
Desired Qualifications
- automotive experience is a plus
