Job Summary
Manage shift operations, including cost and inventory controls, cash handling, and customer relations. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, and prepare products while receiving and processing telephone and in-person orders. Maintain store cleanliness, ensure adherence to policies and standards, and handle daily paperwork. Work varying conditions including adverse weather, temperature extremes, and physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and carrying pizza trays. Must be available for evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
