Job Summary
Manager, In-Force Services leading a high-performing team responsible for servicing existing life and annuity policies in a regulated environment. Role focuses on operational excellence, timely and accurate outcomes, and safeguarding policy owners’ financial security. You will coach and develop processing professionals, monitor metrics, identify gaps, drive continuous improvement, and partner with peers to streamline workflows, mitigate risk, and enhance customer/agent experiences. Requires FINRA licensing requirements or progression plans, 3–5 years in customer service/operations, strong data analysis, communication, and leadership capabilities, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience. Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days onsite in Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 required, or must obtain within 6 months as a condition of continued employment
- FINRA Series 26 or 24 required, or must obtain within 12 months as a condition of continued employment
- 3–5 years of experience in a customer service or operations environment
- Ability to de-escalate challenging situations and drive mutually beneficial resolutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- Proficiency with AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort navigating systems and data tools
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, influence, and develop high-performing teams
