Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day management and delivery of consultancy projects across local government and health sectors, ensuring milestones are met, budgets are adhered to, and client feedback reflects consistent high quality. Manage a team of delivery consultants by clarifying individual roles and collective targets, fostering a collaborative culture, and proactively managing resource variations while keeping Project Directors informed of progress and risks. Build collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and across the company to support successful project delivery and account growth. Support team development by setting clear performance objectives, pursuing learning opportunities, and serving as an approachable role model for delivery standards. Share project insights to drive new sales and business growth while advocating for the firm through networking and blogs. Demonstrate thorough understanding of the EDGEWORK methodology, continuously improving inventive methods and coaching staff on their application.
