Job Summary
Manager Imaging responsible for day-to-day operations and performance of General X-ray, Ultrasound, OR Radiologic Technologists, Nuclear Medicine, and the Breast Center. Drives departmental goals at the site level by optimizing workflows, supporting best-practice standards, and fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provides direct leadership to technologists and support staff with oversight of scheduling, workforce management, competency development, budget performance, operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness. Serves as a liaison between imaging teams and physicians, surgeons, radiologists, nurses, and other clinical partners to ensure coordination and a patient-centered care experience. Plays a vital role in employee engagement, mentoring, and professional growth, while modeling CentraCare’s mission and high reliability practices.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in clinical radiology patient care
- 3+ years in a management position
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) OR Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) OR Certified Radiology Nurse (CRN)
- Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) preferred
