Job Summary

Supervise employees in production, inspection, test, and final test functions related to capital equipment manufacturing. Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements while supporting performance metric development and milestone meetings. Ensure timely response to operations issues, drive Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives, and oversee accident prevention and compliance with safety policies. Manage personnel development, hiring, rewards, and discipline processes while enforcing environmental and health training. Analyze production capacity optimization and report real-time status data to improve manufacturing capabilities. This weekend day shift role requires standing, walking, and working in clean rooms with appropriate PPE.
