Job Summary
Develops and maintains customer relationships across the district, conducts regular customer visits, and leads a team of customer engineers. Responsible for salary and career planning, performance appraisals, and formal updates to employees. Acts as prime interface with Product Divisions (tech support, training, spares, reliability); oversees mentorship programs and RMA processes; drives district sales support planning, financial forecasting, and cost efficiency. Manages system installation planning and start-up activities, and ensures alignment with district objectives and company policies. Requires leadership across a multidisciplinary team, strong communication, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable programs while traveling to customer sites as needed. Travel is expected up to 10% and relocation is eligible for candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Strong leadership experience in a district management role
- Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Experience coaching and directing engineers or technical staff
- Budgeting and financial forecasting experience
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with product divisions (tech support, training, spares, reliability)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Knowledge of RMA processes and system installation planning
- Mentorship and mentorship program oversight
- Experience with performance management and escalation procedures
- Understanding of global standards of business conduct
