Manager III, Field Service Engineer (M3)

Manager III, Field Service Engineer leads and coaches district customer engineers, maintains customer relationships and conducts regular visits. Responsible for salary and career planning, performance appraisals, and setting objectives. Acts as primary interface with Product Divisions (tech support, training, spares, reliability); monitors programs (CSD Award, mentor) and assists with account planning, system installation, start-up, and escalation procedures. Oversees financial forecasting, cost efficiency, and overall district results, including RMA processing and hours tracking.
