Job Summary
Lead major transformation initiatives in Shared Services operations by managing end-to-end project life cycles, engaging stakeholders, improving processes, and ensuring compliance across multiple functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within shared services, operations, or process improvement environments
- Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation projects from initiation through completion
- Strong understanding of Shared Services delivery models and experience with process optimization and automation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- English fluency, proficiency is a strong advantage
Desired Qualifications
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI, Six Sigma)
