Job Summary

Supervise employees across production and operation functions including assembly, inspection, test, and final test for capital equipment manufacturing. Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements while supporting organizational performance metrics and milestone meetings. Ensure timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction and drive Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives. Oversee accident prevention, enforce health and safety training compliance, and manage personnel development, hiring, and performance processes. Support production capacity optimization and process improvement to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
