Job Summary
Supervise production and operation functions including assembly, inspection, and final test for capital equipment manufacturing. Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, and capacity requirements while supporting the development and tracking of organization performance metrics. Ensure timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction and drive Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives. Oversee prevention of employee accidents and injuries by enforcing compliance with safety policies and ensuring all staff receive appropriate training. Manage the performance management process, including goal development, coaching, and handling employee selection, hiring, and discipline. Support analysis for maximum production capacity optimization and implement processes that collect and report key measurement data. This role requires standing for extended periods, working in tight spaces, and using Personal Protective Equipment in a clean room environment.
