Job Summary

Supervise employees in production and operation functions for capital equipment manufacturing, including assembly, inspection, and testing. Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, and material requirements while supporting the development of organization performance metrics. Ensure timely responses to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction and drive Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives. Monitor compliance with safety policies, oversee employee training, and manage performance management processes to develop personnel. Implement processes for maximum production capacity optimization and collect, analyze, and report key measurement data.
