Required Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, ML, NLP, Statistics, Information Sciences, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a high-performing machine learning engineering team of 10+ members
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- Demonstrated ability to define and drive a strategic roadmap for scalable systems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading and working on large-scale production recommendation systems
- Strong experience in recommendation systems and applied machine learning
- Natural language processing and computer vision experience
