Job Summary
Lead global IT Operations and Regional Support teams across AMERICAS, EMEA, and APAC by overseeing regional leads and global engineers. Establish global SLAs, monitor service delivery metrics, and transition support from reactive troubleshooting to a proactive, engineering-led operation. Drive AI/AIOps implementation to build self-service options and reduce escalation volume while managing core platforms through Terraform-as-code. Apply Lean IT principles to streamline processes, utilize Agile/Kanban for capacity management, and own access recertification and SOC2 compliance automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in IT
- 4+ years in a formal management role leading international, remote-first technical or support teams
- Proven track record managing global SaaS ecosystems (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian)
- Deep understanding of IAM/RBAC logic
- Deep understanding of distributed IT infrastructures
- Deep understanding of User Access Reviews (UAR)
- Deep understanding of SOC2 compliance
- Full professional proficiency in English

- Experience in FinTech
- Experience in global payments
- Experience in publicly traded technology environments
- Exposure to Terraform or infrastructure-as-code (IaC) applied to SaaS management
- Experience implementing AI/ML-powered IT operations (AIOps)
