Job Summary
Lead global IT Operations as Manager II, IT Engineering, Operations, guiding the shift from reactive support to an engineering-led function. Responsibilities include driving operational excellence, applying Lean principles, researching and implementing AI/AIOps for automation, transitioning core SaaS to Terraform-managed environments (SaaS-as-Code), managing Tier 3 operations and strategic projects (including M&A and tool consolidation), and ensuring access governance and SOC2 compliance. Collaboration spans IT Support, IT Cloud/CPE, HR, Finance and other stakeholders; requires strong Agile/Kanban execution, cross-functional leadership, and a product mindset to improve internal self-service and automation. The role is predominantly Valencia HQ with office attendance a few times per week, and is offered in a hybrid remote work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years in IT, including 4+ years managing international, remote-first technical teams
- Experience managing global SaaS ecosystems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack and Atlassian
- Strong understanding of IAM / RBAC logic
- Experience with distributed teams and multi-regional IT infrastructure
- Strong background managing technical controls and User Access Reviews
