Job Summary
Engineering & Maintenance Manager 2 oversees daily maintenance across warehouses, directing maintenance and installation of machines, tools, equipment, and utility systems to ensure safe, compliant, reliable facilities. Responsibilities include budgeting and cost control, scheduling repairs and preventive maintenance, implementing maintenance programs, ensuring OSHA/PSM compliance, managing energy and capital projects, developing technical teams, and coordinating with General Managers on financial goals and capital planning. Core skills include leadership and development of engineering & maintenance staff, strong communication, ability to manage multiple tasks, understanding of ISO, SAP/CMMS platforms, safety and regulatory compliance, and experience with budget management, vendor coordination, and capital expenditure projects.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 5-7+ years experience in maintenance
- 3+ years directly managing or supervising the work of others
