Manager II, District - Disposal, Landfill

Manage day-to-day collection operations for a single site or multiple sites, establishing performance metrics and cost management processes while holding full P&L responsibility. Execute safety precautions ensuring compliance with Company, OSHA, and regulatory standards, conducting root cause investigations for injuries and implementing coaching and retraining programs. Oversee personnel needs by selecting, coaching, disciplining, and training employees, while managing termination, compensation, and promotion decisions. Formulate strategic goals and action plans with senior leadership, participate in P&L reviews to optimize equipment utilization and labor costs, and interact with local agencies to renew contracts and ensure customer satisfaction. Requires an associate's degree, two years of relevant experience, and four years in a supervisory or P&L role.
