Job Summary
Investigate and resolve suspected non-compliance cases, develop and deliver compliance training programs, and update policies to address market conduct concerns. Conduct routine thematic reviews, field reviews, and control testing of sales practices to identify risks and establish internal controls. Prepare regular and ad-hoc compliance reports for management and the Regional Office while ensuring agencies stay abreast of updated regulatory requirements. This role requires a university degree with 8 to 10 years of experience in training or the insurance industry, familiarity with insurance regulations, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Schedule includes a 5-day work week with an attractive salary, MPF, and group benefits.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- 8 to 10 years of experience
- Familiar with insurance related regulatory requirements
- In-depth knowledge of agency operations
- In-depth knowledge of sales practices
- In-depth knowledge of MCV business
- In-depth knowledge of market conduct
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin
Desired Qualifications
- Experience preferably in training
- Experience preferably in financial planning
- Experience preferably in insurance industry
- Insurance based qualifications such as FLMI
- Insurance based qualifications such as CFP
- Good training sense in terms of program development and delivery
- Expertise in social media compliance and governance tools
- Capability and experience in analyzing data from control perspective
- Good at composing presentation deck and management report
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good collaboration and influencing skills
