Job Summary
Manager in IFRS within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP’s Accounting & Reporting Assurance team in Mumbai. Primary responsibilities include: applying regulatory frameworks for equity capital markets (SEBI ICDR Regulations and Companies Act 2013); supporting capital market transactions such as IPOs, FPOs, QIPs, and rights issues; executing ECM assignments; managing virtual data rooms and guiding clients through IPO due diligence; coordinating with BRLMs and law firms through documentation and stage-wise execution up to listing; conducting due diligence across financial, legal, and compliance aspects; performing financial analysis, valuation support, and capital structuring for IPOs; and leveraging analytical and modelling skills. Key skills include MBA/CA/CFA credentials, strong stakeholder management and communication, PPT development for proposals, and proficiency in Excel.
