Manager – Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Manager – Identity and Access Management (IAM): Lead a team of 10-12 IAM specialists, engineers, and analysts to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient IAM solutions. Provide governance to identify issues and changes in risk within the IAM space. Oversee engineering and 24x7x365 on-call operations for critical IAM services. Serve as SME for critical issues and provide architectural guidance. Ensure IAM implementations align with security policies, regulatory requirements, and audits, including NIST CSF, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001. Drive IAM initiatives from planning through execution with resource allocation, milestones, and stakeholder communication. Identify automation opportunities using scripting, APIs, and orchestration tools to improve operational efficiency. Manage budgeting and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations. Emphasize leadership, hybrid work experience, Zero Trust, and RBAC concepts; strong communication and stakeholder engagement required.
