Manager – IABOR Oversight

Job Summary
Oversee the middle office service provider's delivery of IABOR pricing, transaction, and position data across all Local Business Units, ensuring data quality, completeness, and timeliness. Perform independent oversight checks and thematic reviews to identify exceptions, control gaps, and areas of concern. Challenge, investigate, and drive resolution of data breaks, mismatches, and exceptions between Aladdin, IABOR, and other downstream systems. Establish and maintain robust exception reporting, escalation, and governance processes while acting as the key oversight contact for service provider issues. Monitor service provider performance against agreed standards and validate vendor invoices before payment processing. Partner with internal stakeholders to address process gaps and support transitions, onboarding, and change initiatives. Drive ongoing enhancement of the oversight framework, including controls, metrics, automation, and risk identification within the outsourced servicing model.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in asset management middle office, investment operations or service provider oversight
- Strong understanding of IABOR, asset management operating models, and downstream data dependencies across pricing, transaction and position data
- Prior experience overseeing outsourced service providers, including performance monitoring, issue escalation and control challenge
- Good understanding of fund accounting and related middle office control processes
- Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Aladdin or similar investment platforms preferred
