Manager I, Regulatory Affairs Strategy

On-site Manager I, Regulatory Affairs Strategy at Alcon based in Fort Worth, TX. You will support regulatory compliance and strategy activities for the Intraocular Device portfolio including IOLs and implantable glaucoma devices. Responsibilities include coordinating product submissions, renewals, and updates with plants, agents, and authorities; ensuring rapid and timely approval; managing post-approval commitments and lifecycle management; providing regulatory strategies for new product introductions and changes; maintaining compliance to drive competitive advantage; adhering to GDPs and SOPs; engaging with industry associations as needed; and collaborating cross-functionally to translate technical/clinical data into regulatory strategy while meeting multiple priorities and timelines. Travel up to 10%. Required experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant regulatory experience; strong regulatory writing and communication skills; ability to work in a matrixed organization; focus on quality, compliance, and patient safety; proficiency in English.
