Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Analysts and Consultants to oversee high-quality customer deployments within OpenGov's ERP solutions. Drive execution by managing data requirements gathering, technical platform configuration, and administrator training while troubleshooting complex issues related to system logic and workflows. Ensure delivery consistency through process documentation, utilization tracking, and project portfolio health monitoring. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align expectations, streamline delivery, and mitigate risks across the portfolio. Gather customer feedback to inform process improvements and product enhancements, while supporting recruiting and training initiatives to scale the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of project delivery experience in a SaaS setting
- Prior experience in a people management role
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software experience
- Experience working with customers at all organizational levels with a high degree of professionalism and business acumen

- Demonstrated ability to balance profitability with customer-service mindset
- Strong Excel skills, including using Functions/Formulas to format data such as v-lookup, pivot tables, error-checking, and developing properly formatted reports
- ETL tools, ETL report creation, macros and visual basic
- Experience delivering training or support to end users in government or regulated environments
- Experience with government budgeting concepts, finance/budgeting solutions, procurement, permitting, licensing, asset management or other related fields
