The role requires strong leadership, hospitality experience in restaurants or retail, proficient use of Microsoft Suite, and flexible availability to cover early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The position emphasizes team motivation, safety, and adherence to audits and policies to deliver consistent, high-energy service across locations.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in management in full-service restaurants or retail
  • Stellar communication skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Excel)
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays
  • Experience leading onboarding and training programs
  • Ability to lead scheduling and staffing across multiple concepts (retail, QSR, full-service)
