Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of provider load/audit, troubleshooting, and the provider table for a specific state. Serve as the primary liaison between functional areas to resolve provider enrollment issues and ensure uniform, consistent data flow. Direct the day-to-day training, guidance, and workflow for provider database staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations of direct reports. Manage the team within Wellpoint Federal's claims administration and data division, supporting federal programs and improving health outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in related field
- minimum of 2 years management and project management experience
- any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years
- in-office 3 days per week
- within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s)
- vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within a Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) provider
- Medicare B knowledge
- Previous leadership experience
