Manager I, GBD Special Programs LTSS

Manager I, GBD Special Programs LTSS responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive health care programs for Indiana members across physical health, behavioral health, and social services including LTSS and HCBS coordination. Oversees resource utilization, coordinates member assessments, participates in cross-functional workgroups, develops staff training, and analyzes data to present findings to stakeholders. Manages, coaches, and evaluates direct reports; requires BA/BS with at least 5 years in a related field and leadership experience. Preferred credentials include LCSW, LMHC, or RN license, and case management/background in LTSS or elder care. The role operates in a field-based/hybrid model with travel to member sites (hospitals, clinics, homes) and occasional office attendance; travel distances must be reasonable from posting location. Hybrid work policy applies with on-site requirements at least periodically and vaccination may be required for patient-facing roles.
