Job Summary
Manager I, B2B Sales leads a sales team responsible for supporting accounts to drive revenue and business growth, oversee onboarding, adoption, health checks and voice of the customer, and/or revenue retention motions (renewals, extensions, upsell and expansion). Builds and develops strategic client relationships with the Sales Director and external facing clients; ensures the team meets performance targets and maintains high customer satisfaction. Provides accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensures CRM data is up-to-date. Removes roadblocks, supports team in resolving challenges, monitors call time and productivity, conducts weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions, analyzes data and trends to develop strategic sales plays for client territories, stays current on market developments, and serves as a point of escalation for clients. Coordinates reporting and forecasting with client contacts, aligns team incentives, and collaborates with partners to meet customer expectations. Location: Singapore (Mapletree Business City #2) with English language requirement.
