Job Summary
Role to support the entire product development process for Life & Savings propositions, including market research, product design/enhancement, governance adherence, and cross-functional coordination. Prepare product materials, align with distribution channels, and contribute to regulatory changes and system enhancements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant life insurance product development/management experience; strong presentation, interpersonal, and bilingual (Chinese, English, Mandarin) communication skills; HK market knowledge ( Mainland market knowledge a plus ). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree holder
- At least 4 - 6 years’ relevant life insurance experience in product development and management
- Knowledge of the insurance products and sales process, in HK; knowledge of mainland market is a plus
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English and Mandarin
