Job Summary
Role focuses on supporting the entire life & savings product development process, including research on market trends and client needs, product design and enhancement, governance and timely delivery of development initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research on industry trends and competitors, preparing product-related materials and sales tools, coordinating cross-functional execution, contributing to regulatory changes and system enhancements, and shaping product features, positioning and key selling points for distribution channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree holder
- At least 4 - 6 years’ relevant life insurance experience in product development and management
- Knowledge of insurance products, clients’ needs, sales process and industry development in HK; knowledge of mainland market would be a plus
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English and Mandarin
