Job Summary
Assists the team head to develop and implement BG development strategy and performance plans aligned with the company’s sales/marketing goals. Drives BG as future leaders and MDRT members, supports promotion criteria and development roadmaps, and manages BG development programs, recognition programs, and related activities. Requires a degree and at least 8 years of training experience, with strong PPT and social media skills, analytical mindset, and proven event planning/execution abilities. Required Qualifications
- Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in training
- Strong PPT and social media development skills
