Job Summary
Streamline communication between CENTR and Hyrox to ensure cross-functional alignment on timelines, shipping, and event execution while maintaining 24/7 availability for instantaneous reactions. Oversee the complex supply chain of equipment and apparel for massive Hyrox events, minimizing stockouts, and standardize operational workflows to scale seamlessly to new cities and countries. Act as the primary point of contact on the competition floor to monitor equipment performance, gather athlete feedback on durability and functionality, and identify potential product failures before they impact brand reputation. Translate raw on-the-floor data into actionable insights for R&D and champion new Hyrox-specific gear concepts to future-proof the partnership. Coordinate field validation of prototypes with Engineering and support Sales and Marketing by identifying onsite activation opportunities to drive higher ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for fitness
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
- Experience in the fitness, sports, or event production industry
- Strong project management skills
