Manager, HVAC/Refrigeration

Oversee and manage all HVAC/Refrigeration systems across the company network, including ordering parts, managing inventory, and routing in-house and third-party technicians. Assign and follow up on work orders within the maintenance tracking system, compile equipment lists for replacements, and review plans for remodels and new builds. Maintain the HVAC/R budget, develop SOP documents, manage asset tags, and establish preferred vendor sites. Participate in training classes to maintain licensure and keep technician programs current. Requires HVAC/Refrigeration license, 5+ years of field experience, and ability to work 40+ hours weekly with rotating on-call duties for after-hour emergencies. Valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
