Manager, Human Resources

Implement HR programs and policies covering staffing, compensation, benefits, associate relations, and learning. Collect and analyze HR data to make recommendations to management, while communicating these programs to the area of responsibility. Partner with the Staffing Department on business employment needs and recruit for functional areas. Work directly with business leadership to develop performance improvement plans and integrate HR policies during acquisitions. Build internal partnerships to resolve associate relations issues and assess training to limit legal exposure. Manage a group of professional individual contributors and act as the primary point of contact between associates and management. Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.
