Job Summary
The Human Resource Manager at Voyant Beauty’s manufacturing facility will oversee all HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, benefits administration) and partner with site management to implement HR strategies that align with business goals. Responsibilities include leading disciplinary actions and investigations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, coordinating with temporary agencies for flexible labor, driving a positive culture, managing talent acquisition for exempt and non-exempt roles, implementing learning and development programs, analyzing compensation trends, supporting annual pay planning, and advising management on complex people-related issues. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, problem-solving, and maintaining a motivated, compliant, and engaged workforce at the Gainesville, GA facility. Licenses and certifications (SHRM-SCP, PHR-HRC) are preferred. Some duties may vary by location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field (Preferred)
- 4-6 years Minimum 4 years of progressive HR Experience with Bachelor’s Degree, or 7 years HR experience without Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- SHRM-SCP (Preferred)
- PHR-HRC (Preferred)
- Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, benefits administration
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and use data to inform decisions
