Job Summary
The Human Resource Manager at our manufacturing facility oversees HR functions to drive organizational performance and maintain a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with federal/state/local employment laws, benefits administration, and partnering with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Lead talent acquisition for site-level exempt and non-exempt roles, manage onboarding, and inform decisions with HR metrics. Develop and implement learning initiatives, support compensation planning, and provide guidance on complex employee questions while safeguarding confidentiality. Maintain a collaborative, engaged workforce through site-driven events and programs; ensure adherence to policies and best practices, and partner with temporary agencies to support flexible labor needs. Some duties may vary by location, with an emphasis on safety and a strong alignment between people initiatives and manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field (Preferred)
- 4-6 years Minimum 4 years of progressive HR Experience with Bachelor’s Degree, or 7 years HR experience without Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- SHRM-SCP (Preferred)
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRC (Preferred)
