Job Summary
Lead the HR team for the San Marcos manufacturing facility by serving as the primary HR advisor to site leadership on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development. Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and performance management while resolving complex employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Oversee Workday HRIS operations, analyze workforce KPI metrics, and coach managers on leadership effectiveness and employee development. Travel up to 20% between Austin and San Marcos, Texas, to support multi-site operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including HR leadership responsibilities
- Experience supporting multi-site operations
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, performance management, and talent acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel up to 20% within the region, mostly between Austin and San Marcos, Texas
