Job Summary

Manager, HR Services (Contract) provides end-to-end HR support across the associate lifecycle, including recruitment/onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits coordination, HR administration, and compliance with local employment laws and policies. Works with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Compensation & Benefits to ensure a compliant, positive associate experience; may coordinate local office administration and workplace matters. Flexible location within Jakarta, Indonesia or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 6-month contract. Key duties include maintaining accurate HR data, generating HR reports, supporting audits/headcount/attrition metrics, partnering with TA and hiring managers on recruitment and onboarding, ensuring enrollment in benefit plans, coordinating payroll inputs, delivering orientation and training, supporting associate relations and engagement programs, and maintaining HR documentation and compliance with privacy and company policies. Also provides support for local office administration and events as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources management is preferred
